Funds blocked because eBay tracking doesn't work
I entered my bank account details when I started selling again after a long period.
My sales proceeds are unlocked and paid out when the parcels show as delivered in eBay tracking. This only happens for deliveries in Italy (poste delivery standard) since the tracking works on the sold item page. For parcels shipped to Spain or Germany (poste delivery europe) the parcel lookup system goes haywire and the message "page not found" appears, but if you enter the shipping code directly on the Italian postal service website, the item shows as already delivered days ago.
Can anyone advise me on how to solve the problem (other than eBay support ) ?

Mentore2 years agoBeing an "infrequent" seller, at least for now, the funds are held because of that and it takes about 15/20 days, as per the rules
