Available funds I haven’t received for 2 weeks

A week ago I changed my IBAN because of payments not accepted on Postepay, eBay advised me to open an account to receive payments. After doing that, even after a week eBay still isn't paying me for my sales. I've made many calls to get an explanation, but no one can explain the problem; they say I have to wait for an email from them. I've had to stop because I can't put money out of my own pocket to pay for the goods when I'm not getting my money back. Can someone tell me if this is normal.

Mentore1 year agoYou need an account with exactly the same account holder name as the eBay account, which must be able to receive international bank transfers and be enabled for SEPA direct debits (bill domiciliation). Just as an example, Postepay won’t work, but Postepay Evolution will.
