Outstanding funds.
Hello everyone,
Seller on eBay for 7 years,
At the start of the week I received an email about pending incoming payments, asking for the supplier invoice and to enter any tracking codes on shipments.
All of this was done the next day but as of today still nothing, in fact when a product is delivered, I’ll have to wait 30 days to unlock the funds.
Has anyone kindly had the same problems and how did you resolve the issue? I’ve contacted support chat several times but they don’t really seem to understand the problem. Thanks everyone.
