Good evening, I have a problem: after accepting a return, the buyer no longer returned the item. In the meantime, after two days they credited the money to my account, and on the 14th day the buyer opened a dispute saying it wasn’t him who made the purchase. On the 35th working day he had not shipped, eBay closed the dispute in my favor. Meanwhile I was selling, but the funds from the sale were unlocked but still pending even today, after more than 40 working days. The serious thing is that eBay claims they already gave them to me, but if they give them to me and then hold them back and then they remain pending, I have not credited that money to my account. It’s absurd! I have already called support 5 times, they even don’t see that they are pending. I have all the supporting material. Tell me a way to get the sale I made and which is still being withheld today, telling me that it has been paid and the subsequent holds until the dispute was closed, equal to the amount of the sale? Pending and never paid. Thanks to whoever will help me, obviously I removed items for over 20,000 euros.
