good evening everyone, I bought this item and as per the listing it says that the two batteries provided are
48v, the item arrived and I find two 21 v batteries, I contact the seller and he tells me that 48v is the model, does it seem normal to write one thing and then you end up with something else.thanks for the replies

That said, the model being called 48V could be considered unfair commercial practice, but you’d have to report the manufacturer (definitely a Chinese manufacturer, and a report would probably have no effect on them).
