There are quite a few sellers now who claim to post catalog photos or realistic drawings that do not match the items actually for sale.Ebay told me that photos are ALWAYS binding, but its sellers are mocking that legal clause.I presume that in any case the buyer, who will receive a nonconforming item, will be forced to return the item to the fraudulent seller, taking on the wasted time and the excessively costly shipping expense!I have already reported to Ebay a sneaky seller who manages to scam customers with untrue photos and the line "check before ordering (but I will never reply to you)" but the item for sale is still there.So, who can you trust?
