I have problems with a purchase made from one of your sellers, the item doesn't work but you won't step in. I've complained several times with the seller and you closed the complaint in their favor. It's a shame, I spent 170 euros and you allow certain people to scam through your site

If you've opened a complaint and they ruled against you, you can't complain to anyone else... evidently you didn't use the procedures that eBay provides correctly.
