Good morning, less than two years ago I bought a battery for my photovoltaic system on eBay, the seller no longer exists, how do I make the warranty valid? thanks

Mentore1 year agoThe two-year warranty is the exclusive obligation of the EU professional seller.
But after a year you will have to prove that it was an original defect and not abnormal use (charge/discharge level, charge/discharge speed, recharge voltage, etc…), for a battery that is practically impossible.
