Hello, I bought a product on eBay where the seller said the product was covered by a 24-month warranty. After a month the product no longer works. I wrote to the seller but they are not responding to my messages. What should I do?

Mentore2 years agoThe legal 24-month warranty is an obligation for professional sellers with their registered office in the EU.
If he is an EU seller and doesn’t respond, report him to the financial police.
If he is a private individual or from outside the EU, there is no warranty at all.
