Warranty
I buy a battery, and after 18 months it fails. I contact the seller, but he wants nothing to do with it and to avoid refunding me he tells me the warranty is valid for 12 months, when by law it is 24 months; the date on the receipt is what counts. How can I get my rights?

Mentore2 years agoThe battery warranty is very subjective; after 18 months, you're the one who has to prove that it is affected by a manufacturing defect.
It can depend on usage, charging cycles, etc...
Kind regards.
