3-month warranty
Good morning, in February I purchased the following item
"UV water sterilizer with 6W UV lamp reverse osmosis water purifier stainless steel"
"UV water sterilizer with 6W UV lamp reverse osmosis water purifier stainless steel"
After about just under 4 months it no longer turned on, I contacted the supplier who sent me a new lamp, unfortunately after confirming that the problem was not the lamp but the power supply, the seller told me that the power supply is not covered by the warranty.
Obviously I do not understand how this is possible and even if it were, it seems to me that there is no transparency since I do not see this rule written anywhere. I would like to know if there is an eBay contact to which I can address this complaint. Below I report the seller's brief response:
"Good morning, the power supply is not covered by warranty, the lamp is covered by warranty, and we have already shipped the replacement lamp as you asked the first time".

Mentore2 years agoIn distance sales, the transaction is considered to have taken place at the seller's registered office.
The two-year warranty rule applies only to professional sellers whose registered office is in an EU country.
For purchases made from private individuals or from sellers outside the EU, there is no warranty.
