replacement warranty
I bought a sliding gate opener on 10/08/2024; a month ago the control board stopped working. Since it has a 3-year warranty, the seller replied that the fault does not depend on a defect in the board’s manufacture but on an animal getting inside. Since the whole thing is covered by a hermetically sealed enclosure, how could an animal get inside?

Mentore11 months agoAfter a year of proper functioning, it is your burden to prove that this is a factory defect.
