Battery warranty
I bought a car battery from you in February but sadly for some time now the car no longer starts, the battery doesn’t hold a charge, I believe it’s under warranty, so I kindly ask you to enlighten me on the matter.

The battery warranty basically doesn’t exist, because after so many months, it’s up to you to prove a manufacturing defect and with a battery that’s impossible, there are too many variables involved... are you sure you always charged it correctly? Are you sure it hasn’t suffered any voltage spikes? Are you sure you used it correctly?
