Battery warranty
Hello, I have a problem with some batteries.
On a 120 ah, the seller is not responding. I made the purchase months ago, now the battery no longer charges and I can’t start a dispute because it’s as if the item had been deleted.
For another battery for an electric toothbrush, the seller says that his supplier doesn’t offer any warranty. Is that even possible? The battery has never worked properly,
it discharges even when not in use, it has to stay on charge all the time.

Mentore1 year agoFor batteries, the warranty has always been a problem. Manufacturers and sellers have an easy time disputing the damage, attributing the fault of the malfunction to the buyer.
In fact, it only takes having used voltages, currents, discharge rates, discharge level, etc…..outside the specifications to damage the battery.
