eBay customer guarantee? No
I buy a used phone.
The seller ships with Pac Link service from ebay.
The package is handed over to the national carrier Bartol... (fictitious name).
After 2 days the carrier tells me that the package has been lost (stolen?).
I open a dispute, there is tracking.
Ebay tells me that after 10 days it will step in.
On the 9th day the carrier closes the shipment, CHANGING the tracking number.
Ebay, responsible for the shipment, closes the dispute saying that I received it.
Trustingly I explain what happened. Useless for them, I received it.
Now I can no longer even contact ebay support.
Moral: 130€ gone up in smoke : eBay customer guarantee

Mentore2 years agoeBay Customer Guarantee does not compensate for EVERY eventuality!
eBay is not at all responsible for the shipment because it didn’t ship you anything nor did it sell you any shipping... because the broker is Packlink.
Rather, you need to file a complaint with BRT and understand the reason for the supposed change... even if I find it odd...

Mentore2 years agoThe tracking shows it was taken in charge by BRT on April 16 and delivered on May 20... absurd timing, but I don't see any shipment update.

the parcel is sent as 17..
and is delivered as 084..
is that normal? does that ever happen?
If that seems normal to you, I don’t know what else to say

Mentore2 years agoIt's the same shipment... 17 is the Id Collo number, while 084 is the BRTcode... but it's always the same one.
If you also want to know the shipment number, it is 039180064035.
