Good evening, does the eBay warranty also cover stoves?! And is it safe to buy a stove for a thousand euros?! Thanks

Mentore3 years agoThe eBay customer guarantee ensures that you receive the item as described in the listing. So it is very limited in time (30 days) and does not cover any problems that may arise during installation.
If you buy from a professional seller with a registered office in an EU country, you will also be covered by their statutory warranty. Since this is definitely a heavy item, it’s better to have an invoice issued, both for the manufacturer’s commercial warranty (sometimes it’s better to contact the manufacturer rather than sending the item back to the seller) and for any possible deductions.
