Is eBay Guarantee valid if the seller states that the item is working but offers no warranties?

I have a question, but I can’t find the answer in the forums: is the eBay guarantee still valid if a seller states in the listing that the item is perfectly working but offers no warranty and does not accept returns? In this case, does the principle still apply that the product received is not in conformity with what was expected? If the product you receive does not work or is defective, will you be reimbursed or lose your money?
These types of listings are common in many auctions for electronics, computer products, etc.

Mentore1 year agoThe seller's legal warranty is not owed by a private individual.
Here, instead, we are talking about the warranty of conformity: the item the buyer receives must match the description, especially eBay's.
If the item is sold as used, it must work properly; otherwise it must be sold as not working or for spare parts.
