item warranty
Hi everyone, I bought an item in November from a seller who I found out was Chinese. After the first few months, when everything was working fine, it hasn’t been working anymore for a while. How can I get the warranty enforced, since the seller is completely ignoring me?

Mentore3 years agoPut simply, the warranty for Chinese items sold by Chinese sellers does NOT exist!

Mentore3 years agoIf the seller is Chinese and doesn't respond, there's nothing you can do. Under distance selling regulations, you are the one who bought the item in China and you are subject to the rules in that country.
The legal warranty is a legal obligation only for professional sellers with their registered office in one of the EU countries.
