item warranty
Good morning everyone, I have a problem with a user.
I bought a new MSI motherboard (sealed) a year ago. About a week ago, during everyday use, it stopped working. Since it is still under warranty (by Italian law), I contacted the seller, who told me verbatim: unfortunately I no longer have that item for sale and I no longer deal with that supplier as they have ceased trading.
He offered to send me the invoice anyway (even though a year has already passed). As of today, though, still no reply.
In the meantime I contacted MSI about the warranty, but they told me that the seller has to deal with this problem.
How can or should I handle this since the user is no longer responding?
Thanks to anyone who replies

Mentore2 years agoThe 24-month legal warranty is an obligation for every professional seller with a registered office in one of the EU countries.
One of the two suppliers from whom you bought this type of material last year was a private individual (Monkey.....). If you bought it from a private individual, you have no warranty at all.
