Product warranty
I'd like to know how it works for a warranty on a small appliance, it should be 24 months, I bought an air fryer 9 months ago, it already doesn't work anymore, the seller says to take it in for repair, I think the warranty should also have a service center, it doesn't say so, then I don't have an invoice, I paid with PayPal, what should I do?? thanks.

Mentore3 weeks agoThe warranty is governed by the Consumer Code (d. lgs 206-05) where all Italian laws protecting consumers in relations with sellers and companies are collected. https://www.mimit.gov.it/it/mercato-e-consumatori/tutela-del-consumatore/codice-del-consumo
So if you have purchased (as a consumer) from a professional EU seller, it must be him directly who takes care of the legal warranty.
