Warranty on batteries for photovoltaic systems.
Hi everyone, I wanted to know how many months of warranty a battery (AGM 100 ah) in a solar kit has, since it hasn’t even been 10 months and the battery is discharging quickly. I contacted the seller, who did not take responsibility for my problem. What should I do?

Mentore3 years agoIt will be difficult to prove that it was defective and that the problem does not depend on the charge controller. Even if you made the purchase from an EU seller and if you are covered by the statutory warranty, after 6 months the burden of proof is yours.
