Warranty on replaced item
Good morning, I bought a pair of headphones with a 24-month warranty. After 1 year they broke and were replaced... after 1 year and a half the new headphones broke too, but the seller told me that the 24-month warranty is valid from the date of the first purchase, so the second pair of headphones is no longer covered by the warranty.
eBay support only covers its one-month warranty and didn’t give me any useful information. Do you think what the seller says is correct?

if the replacement was made with a new item, the 24-month warranty starts again from the delivery date of the new item.
Only in the case of multiple repairs does the warranty expire after 26 months.
