Am I required to "activate" a warranty on an item sold 10 months ago?
The buyer claims the warranty is 2 years!
Besides, it broke, it's not a defect!

Mentore3 weeks agoYou are a professional seller, so yes, you are required to provide a 24-month warranty to the customer.
If it was broken, it will be your responsibility to prove it and void the warranty.
