Purchase guarantee
Good morning, I would like to buy a new item from a seller in Germany and I am in Italy. I would like to understand how the product warranty works if it does not arrive or arrives faulty or broken, or if it breaks down within the 2-year warranty period. Who is responsible for the problem?
Is there a warranty like the one Amazon provides, which would eventually refund the payment made?
It is my first purchase and I would not want to fall for a scam.

ebay can guarantee that the item arrives and is intact within the first 30 days of delivery.
For the legal warranty, you must deal exclusively with the seller, so consider whether that is a simple process...
Unlike Amazon, ebay sells nothing.
