TV warranty
Hello everyone, I bought a new Blaupunkt TV in August 2021, saying it had a warranty. However, the TV broke and the service center in my area says that they can't repair this TV because it isn't covered for them. The seller no longer replies to me..
Does anyone know what I can do to get this TV fixed or do I have to throw it away? Thanks

OP3 years agoIt is registered as a professional seller but I noticed that it no longer has items for sale.. I'll try to report it but I really think I'll have to fix it at my own expense. Thanks

if the TV was purchased from a private seller or from outside the EU, whatever they told you, there is no warranty.
If, however, you bought it from a professional EU seller and they do not respond, you can only file a report with the authority:
AGCM - Competition and Market Authority
or have it repaired at your own expense...
