Return management
Good morning. I sell digital devices. I’m getting a lot of return requests without being given a valid reason. I’ve refunded them all so as not to have problems with buyers. If this keeps going like this, I’m losing out because the digital device is delivered anyway. I’d like to know whether it’s possible not to accept returns and clearly state this in the listing. Thanks to the community.

Mentore3 years agoDidn't you notice that your listing is for local pickup only? So you can't really highlight anything; what you put in the listing isn't something you can sell.
As a private seller, as Cizeta already wrote to you, you're not authorized to sell digital content and eBay doesn't let you create that kind of listing.
If the listing format is not available on the seller's eBay site, items delivered in digital format are not allowed (from: https://www.ebay.it/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/regole-sugli-oggetti-consegnati-formato-digitale?id=4289&st=3&pos=1&query=Regole%20sugli%20oggetti%20consegnati%20in%20formato%20digitale&intent=contenuti%20digitali&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1191)
The sale of digital content (delivered via email) is reserved for professional sellers who can prove they have the rights to sell what they're offering in their listings.
Delete the listing and forget about this kind of sales.
