Shipment manager shipments stuck on "ready to ship" | Questions and answers among users

I sold and shipped about ten items to ten different buyers using eBay shipping manager, choosing BRT/pickup point and personally dropping the packages off at a BRT pickup point two days ago. On spedizioni.ebay.it all the shipments still show as "ready to ship" as if I had only bought the label and nothing else. The buyers are already starting to stress me out that "the tracking isn't working." At the pickup point I personally saw the clerk scan my packages, and I know the courier goes there every day, sometimes twice a day, so why do they still show as "ready to ship" and not "in transit"?
