I bought a remote-controlled motorboat for 90eur, used 4 times (4 battery charges) and the drive shaft broke. The seller does not respond to messages, I would need the spare parts, if possible under warranty

If it's the German seller, every one of his listings has contact info (phone and email). Contact him and ask him to handle the warranty service.
