Impossible game to install
I bought a PC DVD game which then arrived on time. The problem is that it is unusable because when I try to install it, I am asked for the Steam code, which was not provided, and even if I just wanted to play it on the PC and not online, that’s not possible either, thanks.
Nb. The seller does not accept returns, but doesn’t even say how to proceed with the installation...

Mentore3 years agoIf you bought a used DVD that doesn’t work... so it’s not as described... you can request a return:
Return an item in exchange for a refund | eBay
Otherwise, if you bought it new and sealed... once opened, since it is considered software, it cannot be returned.
