Defective turntable in several situations
Good morning folks, the turntable I received, once started up, can be heard at an almost imperceptible volume from the speaker. Also, once connected, via RCA cable, both to a phono input on the amplifier and to a traditional aux input, it shows no sign of working at all, that is, you can’t hear any music, this time not even at an almost imperceptible volume. And I guarantee that I have connected another turntable and a CD player to that amplifier and they have NEVER had any problems. I contacted the seller, who has no intention whatsoever of admitting any of this, even though I told him I would leave negative feedback and report him. How do I report this to eBay and get the money refunded, given that the seller himself does not accept returns and given that, when I go to make a complaint, I am REQUIRED to attach photos of the defect in order to continue? The problem, as I told you, is not aesthetic but sound-related.
Thank you.
I look forward to your reply.
Best regards.

Mentore2 years agoGood morning,
if the item is not as described, you can easily open a return request at the seller's expense.
Obviously you can't send a photo of the defect... send a photo of the item to continue the procedure.
Kind regards.
