Counterfeit jacket
I won a used jacket at auction for a bargain price. The Buy It Now price was much higher than what I paid for it. When it arrived and I saw it in person, I immediately realized it was a fake. On top of that, it hasn’t even been cleaned and it has an unpleasant smell.
the seller doesn’t want to accept the return because he says that if I wanted a “better” one I should have bought it new.
is that fair or can I ask eBay to step in?

Mentore2 years agoIf you think it doesn't match what was described in the listing, ask for a return and refund for an item not as described. If this is true, the seller won't be able to object and the return shipping costs will be at their expense.
