Glendale Heights, IL, in eBay's sorting center.
Good morning, I wanted to ask for some info to understand whether anyone else has had the same experience: on August 10 I bought a medical device from India. Following the tracking, on August 16 it arrived at London Heathrow and was then sent back to Glendale Heights, IL USA in the Ebay sorting center where it arrived on August 19. And there it stopped…. I read on American forums that Glendale Heights is like a black hole where goods get lost. Today is the last useful day for shipping, but there’s no news about the package… in your opinion is it better to ask for a refund already or maybe wait a little longer and see if it arrives? (I really wanted to have the item I bought) has anyone of you had experience with Glendale Heights, ILLINOIS? Thanks

Mentore1 year agoMerchandise coming from U.S. sellers who join the ebay US international shipping program goes through Glendale Heights and does not have any particular issues.
If there are delays, they are mostly due to sellers who do not fill out the necessary export documents correctly.
The strange thing, in your case, is the package route: India>UK>US, which I find absurd both for the distances and for the series of customs checkpoints it has to go through. It would only make sense with a sale by a US seller who had the package shipped to them from India.
In any case, you will have to wait for the delivery timeframe that was expected before you can ask for a refund ...... https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/ottieni-aiuto-per-un-oggetto-che-non-arrivato?id=4042&st=7
