The buyers tell me that the shipping doesn’t show up, only local pickup
The buyers tell me that the shipment isn't marked there, only local pickup. This morning I contacted support and I thought it had been resolved. But the buyers keep telling me that they only see local pickup.

Item location: Belladonna, Italy
Destination: Pickup of the item will be arranged locally (shipping is not предусмотрed).
There’s probably something set in the sales rules manager, you need to change the settings.

On top of that, there’s a bigger problem: you can’t carry out that kind of activity (commercial) with a private account. As you can see, with this one it’s not possible to enter your VAT number.
