Defective used tires

Good morning,
I bought a set of used tires on eBay, described by the seller as “in good condition”. After mounting them on my car, I found that the tires are out of round, causing problems such as:
• Noticeable vibrations while driving.
• Unusual noises due to the deformation.
I contacted the seller to sort out the issue, and he asked me to remove the tires and send them back to him for inspection. However, I have already spent 50 euros to have them mounted, and removing them to put the summer tires back on would cost me additional money (around 100 euros). In addition, I would have to pay out of pocket for the return shipping of the tires, which makes the situation even more burdensome.
I proposed an alternative solution (such as a replacement) but I have not yet received a concrete answer. I am asking for your help to resolve this situation fairly. Thank you

Mentore1 year agoThe fair way does not exist.
If you had the tires mounted by a third party, eBay customer guarantee can't help you.
So you'll have to follow the seller's advice if you want to return them... only if you had bought the used tires from your tire shop could the tire shop itself have helped you.
