GPSR - Application for those who exclusively sell used books
Good morning
I’m asking professional sellers of used books.
Has anyone figured out how someone who sells antique and used books can comply with the GPSR regulations, in force from December 13, 2024?
What or who should they indicate as the manufacturer? Maybe the book’s publisher?
I called Ebay, but they told me to consult a legal advisor.
Thank you in advance to anyone who can give me news or clarification on the matter.
