Mentore6 months agoIf you refuse to pay customs duties, you lose the phone and any right to claim a refund for what you have already paid.
EU buyers who make purchases in non-EU countries should already know that customs are their responsibility and expense.
Only for purchases with a total spend of less than 150 euros can the platform itself apply EU VAT; for higher amounts, duties, VAT and fees are collected by the courier in advance or on delivery.
