They hid one of my listings
Summary: bluenry59 received an email from a platform indicating that their listing was hidden for allegedly violating rules about buying or selling outside the platform and sharing contact information. They assert there is no such content in their listing and are seeking guidance on how to access the platform's internal complaint procedure, as they could not find the required page or contact information. They are asking for advice on how to submit a complaint or contact the platform for clarification.
Hi everyone, last night I got an email from eBay saying that:
"One or more of your listings have been hidden because they did not comply with our Rules on offers to buy or sell outside of eBay."
and that:
"Offers to buy or sell outside of eBay, and sharing direct contact information before a purchase has been made, are not permitted activities."
The listing in question doesn’t mention any of this and I wouldn’t know what to change to get it restored; I’m also being told:
"If you believe a mistake has been made, we’re here to help. You can submit an appeal against this decision through our internal complaints process within the next 6 months, and we will review the matter again"
The problem is: HOW DO I GET TO THE INTERNAL COMPLAINTS PROCESS!!! because there’s nothing on the page they point to.
Can anyone help me? How do I, if possible, send an email to eBay or make a phone call?

I’d remove this part from your listings, because it violates both eBay rules and Italian laws.

It should be remembered that shipping with ordinary Piego di Libri, not registered, is not trackable and that the buyer implicitly assumes the risks arising from this type of shipment; the seller disclaims all responsibility and does not provide refunds for any loss (however rare) of items sent via piego di libri.
On eBay, the payments are the ones eBay offers you with credit card, Klarna or PayPal. The seller cannot ask for or agree to different ones.
In the event of any loss, you would still be forced to refund. With piego libri, the goods travel entirely at your risk, since you can never even prove handover to the courier. A clause contrary to a law is automatically void.
