Sorry for my forgetfulness, but since November 3, 2022 I paid for a portable SSD hard disk that never arrived. I waited until the end of January, then I forgot about it. Now, looking on the app I saw the photo and immediately looked for a solution, but both the app and the site don’t give me the option to act. After 150 days have I lost the money and the item? (the listing has disappeared, the seller can’t be found, eBay says it collected the VAT, the item should come from the United Kingdom ...)
