HELP!!!!
Hello everyone, I hope someone can help me! I bought a watch in June; after a short time I realized it wasn't working very well and in September I returned it to the seller for repair. As of today - the end of November!! - I have no trace of my watch. Of course I contacted the seller several times. Since some time has passed, Ebay won't let me open a dispute because the transaction is marked as completed. What can I do???? Thanks to anyone who wants to help me.

OP2 years agoThe order is from January 2023, fulfilled quickly. The return for repair happened in September

Mentore2 years agoYou had written in June... nothing, if you can't do a chargeback on your card by logging directly into Patypal's website and the seller doesn't respond to you, unfortunately you'll have to say goodbye to both the item and the money...

with all due respect, how did you return the watch?
If you didn't open a dispute on the payment method and so acted on your own, I'd say you're in the seller's hands... but it's not too late to do it now, you have 180 days from delivery, so if you paid with Paypal, go on their website or do a chargeback if you paid by card, with the latter you have 13 months.

OP2 years agoHi, first of all thanks for the reply. I paid with PayPal, but the history only goes back 90 days, so I can’t recover it to open the dispute. The watch was returned via courier arranged by the seller. I don’t know what to do....
