Hermes package Italy
Hello everyone,
I bought some items in Germany that were sent with Hermes.
The package arrived in Biella somewhere on December 12 and then stopped there at a facility in an unknown location and with no phone number available.
I made various requests through the form, called the toll-free number, left reviews on Trustpilot, and nothing — no reply, no possible contact.
Just now I checked the tracking update for the umpteenth time (the last time was last night), and the package appears to have been delivered on December 14.
Obviously tomorrow I’ll file a (useless) complaint; I would have done it today, but apparently the Carabinieri close at 5 p.m. 🤦
and that’s it, just to ask whether you’ve had similar experiences and how you eventually solved them, if you solved them at all, and above all to recommend that you not use Hermes paket, the German postal service takes a while but the packages do arrive.

if the courier confirms delivery to your address, you can only take it up with the carrier... try asking the seller if they can provide you with a copy of the waybill where your address is clearly shown.
