I accepted the purchase offer, but the seller wants a different price and then cancels the order
I contacted a German seller to ask for the shipping price to Italy of an ebike battery I was watching.
The seller replies with the shipping price.
The next day he sends me a purchase offer with a big discount and I accept.
I am contacted by the seller who asks me for an explanation about the price at which I bought the battery, then he wants the original price + shipping costs.
I remind him that he sent the offer.
At this point he cancels the order for item "damaged or no longer available", removing all the auction items from his profile.
What can be done to get the battery?
I reported the seller to Ebay because he does not want to complete the transaction.

Mentore3 years agoIf you’ve already reported it, you can only add feedback explaining what happened (without giving any judgments about the seller).
