I bought the vacuum cleaner and received it on May 24, and after two months it no longer works
I bought and received a vacuum cleaner on May 24 and today, September 2, it no longer works. I would like to be refunded or get a replacement

Mentore3 years agoIf you bought it from a professional seller with a registered office in an EU country, contact them for the warranty.
If you bought it in a non-EU country, put it in the WEEE collection.

OP3 years agoSorry if I'm replying very late for various reasons. In truth I sent a message to the company from which I bought the vacuum cleaner, but they never replied to me. As of today the vacuum cleaner works, but it overheats very quickly, so I haven't found a solution. I've adapted to using it for a few minutes and then turning it off. I don't know if you can get it changed for me if need be. Thanks anyway, kind regards
