I buy 3 items of equal value from the same seller, with a single order. Not receiving the items, I try to contact the seller several times, but they don't respond. When requesting a refund, the entire order is not offered, but the individual items. Result: only 1/3 of the total is refunded (1 item). It seems absurd to me. Now I had to make 2 more refund requests for the other 2 items. I will never buy from eBay again

Yes sure, it was obvious... if there are 20 items in an order, you need to make 20 requests. My limitations, my fault.Thanks Stefano
