I buy 3 items of equal value from the same seller, with a single order.

Not receiving the items, I try to contact the seller several times, but they don't respond. When requesting a refund, the entire order is not offered, but the individual items. Result: only 1/3 of the total is refunded (1 item). It seems absurd to me. Now I had to make 2 more refund requests for the other 2 items. I will never buy from eBay again

Yes sure, it was obvious... if there are 20 items in an order, you need to make 20 requests. My limitations, my fault.Thanks Stefano

If there are 3 separate purchases that the seller did not combine into a single order, it seems obvious to me that you need to make 3 separate refund requests. hi mario
