I purchased it with in-person pickup, but I'd like to send a courier to pick up the package

Hello,As per the subject, I bought a used product today, which the seller has listed for sale with in-person pickup. We agreed on shipping at my expense, but the payment isn’t reaching him. I assume it’s because, without a pickup code, it isn’t possible to confirm that the sale has gone through. How do we solve this? Can the delivery type be changed after the sale is completed? In this way, he could unlock the payment by entering (I think) the shipping number?Help!

Hello,the hold on payment to the seller does not depend on the shipping type but on the fact that they are a new seller or not very active. I recommend having the sale canceled and creating a new listing with paid shipping; the seller could never be protected if they shipped it, and you would open a claim for item not received, since without being able to enter tracking, they would have no way to prove delivery.
