I bought two items on eBay from two different sellers and neither of them is responding, and eBay tells me they haven’t even shipped the package yet
What should I do? On Tuesday I bought these two items but still nothing, I wrote to them but they don't answer and the status of the items is "PAID" so they haven't delivered the package yet, right? Or am I mistaken? anyway what can be done in these cases? because they sell fairly rare items at low prices so I wouldn't want a refund, I just want them to send the package but I don't know what to do
