I bought an item on April 4, not only did it never arrive. I requested a refund, DENIED!!! If I try to file a new dispute, the item number comes up as nonexistent. Have I been scammed by the seller or by eBay itself? What should I do?

Good evening,

the only reason why the request for item not arrived may have been rejected is that the seller entered the tracking information and it shows as delivered... or that you submitted the wrong request... for example a return request... or that it was closed due to inactivity...

So, did you get in touch with the seller asking for shipping information... for example the tracking number?
