I bought an expensive item and the seller has no feedback, can I trust them?

According to you, if I pay and by chance I don't receive the product, am I still protected by Ebay? And if they were to ask me for customs fees? The ebay site didn't indicate either shipping costs or customs fees, but it all seems a bit strange to me.

The "ebay site" has no obligation to indicate any import costs... also because it couldn’t know them in advance!

It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of the origin and any import costs.
