I bought an item but unfortunately the size was wrong; in the published photos you couldn’t really see it well.
I purchased an item but the measurements were wrong I would like to return it and get it in a different size

Mentore2 years agoIf you made the mistake of buying it, you need to ask the seller whether they accept returns, send it back at your own expense, and arrange for a new shipment, or else a refund would be better.
If instead they don't accept returns, you'll have to keep it.

OP2 years agoI wasn't wrong, I looked again at the order photo and the ad, enlarging it, and the measurements are 36x 24, I expect the one in the size I requested
