I bought an item but the seller isn't responding and at the moment it still shows as not shipped.
I bought an item but the seller isn’t responding and at the moment it still shows as not yet shipped.
It’s been days that I’ve been sending messages but nothing... I should have already received it.
Now I’ve requested cancellation, but more days will have to pass and he will have to respond or ship it.
If he doesn’t respond, how does it work? Does eBay step in automatically?

Mentore11 months agoIf the item has not yet been shipped and the delivery deadline has already expired, you should not have asked to cancel it, but instead open this report:
Get help for an item that hasn't arrived | eBay
Of course, nothing is automatic.

If they accept your request, they’ll refund you.
If they don’t accept your request (or if the three days pass without a response), open the procedure that Sika attached to you.
