I bought an item for which the seller did not give me the tracking, moreover due to an error by the locker point this item is shown as delivered while the point actually delivered me the second item that I had sent there; luckily I do have eBay buyer protection anyway. The seller does not respond to messages but sent me many messages because I delayed the payment by one day. I intend to report as fraud what is happening to me
